Your appointment will start with a 15-minute comprehensive, holistic skin evaluation to determine your individual needs.

Choosing the proper THERAPY for your needs and goals involves considering your skin type, concerns, and health history. Our lead practitioner will determine what course of action best addresses your needs.

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience during your spa services, we kindly request that you disclose any known allergies or sensitivities. 5. Our Consultations:
We will create a custom holistic skincare or wellness regimen tailored to your needs based on our assessment.
We will recommend specific products, treatments, and lifestyle adjustments that support healthy skin function and address symptomatic concerns.
You are not under any obligation to purchase any products after a consultation with our practitioner.

6. Transparent Policies:

Appointments and Cancelations
Please note that appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the scheduled service.

Late Arrival for Appointment
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may shorten treatment time to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Thank you for your punctuality.

No–Show Appointments
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation will result in a charge equal to the full amount of the missed service.
All no-shows/cancellations will be charged for the credit card/CC total indicated in our detailed service menu.


Same Day Booking
If you book a service on the day of the appointment and cancel or do not show up, you will be charged the full price of the service.

Expiration of Services and Gift Cards
Our Spa Packages expire within six (6) months of purchase. (Some exclusions may apply).
Our Spa Single-Session Therapies expire within three (3) months of purchase. (Some exclusions may apply).
Our Gift Cards expire within one (1) year of purchase. (Some exclusions may apply).

Gift Cards
Gift cards are sold for various set amounts. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash and may not be used for gratuities.

Prices and services are subject to change at any time. If items were wrongly priced on the website, we reserve all rights to correct/edit them even after an order has been placed. You will be notified if such an error has occurred and can accept or cancel your order.
