RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY | MILVANI HOLISTIC
We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality skincare solutions from milvani.com. In the event that you need to return a product, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, don't hesitate to contact us at 773.988.5681 or email us at milena@milvani.com to obtain your Return Product Authorization (RPA). All returns must be pre-approved by Milvani Holistic.
We accept returns or exchanges on Unopened, Unused, and Qualified items in their original packaging.
Please note the following guidelines:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returned items can only be accepted within 14 days of the original shipment date.
- Please pack the item along with the original order documents and provide the reason for the return. Write the RA (Return Authorization) number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping charges for the returned product(s) are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds will be issued as a store credit for the equivalent amount of the product purchase price. Your store credit can be redeemed with any future purchase.
- We charge 30% restocking fee on all returns.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend using FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post to return or exchange your item.
Once you follow the above steps, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
Please note that returns are not accepted for Skincare kits, Travel kits, or promotional items.
Only products purchased on our website will be accepted for return.
