I have irritated skin – can I use your products and which ones?
For irritated skin, it's crucial to select gentle, soothing products that calm and hydrate without causing further irritation.
Here are some of our recommended products suitable for irritated skin:
1. Pure Milk Cleanser
2. Pure Gold Serum
3. Rich Renewal Cream
4. Vitamin C serum as long as it is well-tolerated and does not exacerbate the irritation.
Vitamin C – can I use it and why should I?
Our Vitamin C serum may benefit many individuals, including those with irritated skin, provided it is well-tolerated. It's advisable to use it as it helps reduce visible signs of photoaging, combats free radicals, and shields against damaging UV rays. The Amino Acid Complex in our Vitamin C nourishes the skin, diminishing fine lines and wrinkles. Pure Vitamin C is a potent antioxidant renowned for its skin-brightening effects. It aids in fading dark spots and hyperpigmentation, promoting a more even skin tone.
Retinol – Can I use it, and why should I?
Retinol is a form of Vitamin A that offers several benefits for the skin:
1. Acne treatment – it can help unclog pores and regulate oil production
2. Smoother texture - promotes cell turnover, leading to smoother skin.
3. Sun damage repair - can help repair sun-damaged skin by promoting cell regeneration.
4. Even skin tone - helps fade dark spots, acne scars, and hyperpigmentation.
However, retinol can cause sensitivity and irritation, so it's important to start with a low concentration and gradually increase usage. It's also essential to use sunscreen during the day, especially when you use retinol.
Facial Oils – Should I use them, and why?
Our vegan oils, free of potential irritants, diminish skin irritation and dryness. Comprised of pure oils blended with herbal extracts, they effectively smooth visible lines and alleviate skin inflammation, puffiness, and discoloration. They are compatible with retinol, acids, and other active ingredients, enhancing skin nourishment.
Is it normal to have break outs using your products?
It is uncommon to experience breakouts from using our products. Our formulations are designed not to clog or block pores. However, individual skin reactions may vary, so we recommend conducting a patch test before completing the application. Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area and observe for any adverse reactions over a day.
What should I do if I get break outs using your products?
If breakouts occur, we recommend using our products formulated for blemished skin and allowing time for results to manifest.
Consistency is the key, and we advise using the products for 6-8 weeks to observe improvements. Additionally, discontinuing the use of makeup that may exacerbate breakouts is advisable.
We suggest a thorough cleansing routine for effective makeup removal and skincare. A deep cleansing routine involves using a cleanser followed by a toner to eliminate residues, with a final application of toner to restore the skin's pH balance. Alternatively, the luxury skincare routine includes double cleansing, where a regular cleanser follows an oil-based cleanser, and toner is applied twice to maintain optimal pH levels.

Eye Cream Application:
Gently apply the eye cream along the orbital bone, starting from the inner corner of the eye and moving outward toward the temples. Leave some distance from the eyes to prevent contact with the cream.
