What is your return policy?

After approval, we accept returns for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Returned items can only be received within 14 days of the original shipment date.

How do I initiate a return?

to obtain your RPA (Return Product Authorization). All returns must be pre-approved by Milvani Holistic.

Can I exchange a product, and how?

We regret to inform you that we do not facilitate exchanges at this time. However, you can return your products to us within 14 days of shipping for a store credit. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Can I return a gift or exchange it for another product?

We sincerely hope you will enjoy your gift. However, should you find a product is not suitable and wish to return it, please review the following guidelines:

1. Return Window:
You may return your skincare gift within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. Condition of the product:
The skincare gift must be unopened, unused, and qualified in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, as we prioritize the safety and hygiene of our customers.
3. Proof of purchase:
To facilitate the return, please provide proof of purchase, such as a gift receipt and the returned item. Upon receipt of the returned gift, you will receive a store credit for future purchases.

Do you offer refunds, and how soon do I get my refund?

We offer refunds in store credit for the equivalent amount of the product's original purchase price (discounts and special offers included). Your credit score can be redeemed with any future purchase. Shipping charges for the returned product (s) are the customer's responsibility. You will receive the refund as soon as it's been processed as a store credit.

If I have a reaction to a product, can I return it?

Our ingredients are listed on the product's respective page and labels to help you identify any sensitivities. If you have susceptible skin, we recommend buying one product at a time and starting with a patch test. If you experienced a reaction, please send us an e-mail with a detailed description of what occurred, along with pictures and pictures of the product that gave you a response. Please note that these issues should be reported immediately. You have to return the product within 14 days of the purchase.

Can I cancel my order? What is the time frame for canceling my order?

Answer: Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us via email milena@milvani.com.

Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

I ordered something by mistake – can I change/edit my order?

If you need to change/edit your order, please contact us via e-mail milena@milvani.com.
