When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We ship within the USA and internationally to Canada and Australia. Please note that duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility and are charged at checkout.

You can place a second order to add more items to your order. We will do our best to ship everything together, although this cannot be guaranteed.

If you need to cancel your order, please call or email us with your name and order number, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

We offer free shipping for any US order over $125 (before tax & after discount). However, please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.
